Cuplock scaffolding is a kind of system scaffolding joined by cups which is very convenient to assemble.
Ledger blade: Cuplock scaffolding ledger blade, some one call it ledger end or ledger pin, made by forging
of Q235 steel,
different raw material can also be made on your request.
Top cup: Two processing technics, casting steel or iron and forging. Forging is much stronger but more
expensive than casting.
Bottom cup: Cuplock scaffolding bottom cup is made by pressing, almost a standard part.
Shot blasting will be given after these parts are made. Shot blasting can make a forged part's surface
more stronger and better
in wear-resistant while keeps the same tensile strength inside.
