Concrete Formwork Tie Rod System is used with various formwork accessories in concrete construction. This
system includes Steel Tie Rod, Formwork Wing Nuts, Concrete Anchor Nuts, Hex Nuts, Connection Nuts, Washer Plates,
Formwork Wedge Clamps, Formwork Spring Clamps, Water Stopper/Water Barrier Nut, Combi Plate Nut, Plastic Cones,
Plastic Tubes, etc.

Tie Nut: There are single wing nut, butterfly wing nut, two anchor wing nut, three anchor wing nut, combination wing Nut.
Because of this structure, wing nuts can be easily tightened and loosened by hand without any tools. Wing nuts have casting
and forging types by processing technology , common thread size is 17mm/20mmon thread size is 17mm/20mm.

Tie Rod: The Material of Tie Rod usually use Q235 carbon steel, 45# steel, surface finished as galvanized, zinc-plated
and natural color. The working load from 40kn to 70kn. And we also offer Hot Rolled Tie Bar, which with the breaking load
of 180kn.

Washer Plate: normally we offer 120x120x10mm, 120x120x8mm, 120x110x10mm, 100x100x10mm and other sizes can
be made accordind to demand.
