for Symons Wall Forming System
One-Piece Waler Clamp offers the one-piece, hook-on advantage at any available adjoining
side rail connection slot, that is not reserved for a panel tie connection, plus the unique
advantage of functioning with two 2x4s or a single 2x4. Both 2x4s go over the top of the clamp
and are wedged tight to the side rail.
Steel-Ply is the most widly accepted, pre-engineered, modular formwork system in using today.
It can be resued 200 times after timely replacement of plywood, and is compatible with all other
industry standard formwork foring systems. It is designed for maximum versatility and can be
used to form virtually any concrete structure. Steel-Ply specialty forms are used with Bulkhead
Forming, Haunch Forming, Pilaster, Adjustalbe Pilaster Forms and Culvert Forms.
The main accessories used for the Symons Forming System include the X-Flat Tie,
Standard Wedge Bolt, One Piece Waler Clamp, Z Tie Holder and Turnbuckle Aligner.
